Weapon Conditions

I know that this is going to be implemented into the game, but I have a few stuff about it.

Anyway, there will be knives/swords/cleavers/hammers/melee weapons in the game right? Over time those weapons should probably rust and start getting and the hammerheads can break and separate from the handle and the handle ( another melee weapon? with a low condition health ) can be another crafting material, not to mention that since the knives or swords or cleavers can also get dull you can use a sort of grindstone to sharpen them, so knives/swords/cleavers get dull but can be sharpened again and again.

Remember that when you sharpen something you're taking out part of the sides to get a pointy side, so eventually the blade will give out and break.

There will be, but it seems that the effectiveness of melee weapons is not as great as any conventional game portrays. The reason being, the world is so huge and the deadliness of ranged weapons (guns) far outweigh the probability of someone getting close enough for a melee kill. It just doesn't happen often...so evidently, melee weapons are of less importance at the moment consequently...

This is actually a profound point that will make the game more immersive...definitely considering this...
